Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, cut them in half, and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air fry the Brussels sprouts for 5-7 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until tender and caramelized.
  4. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then coat with sweet chili sauce.
  5. Add the sweet chili-coated chicken breast alongside the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer and cook for another 15 minutes.
  6. At the halfway point, flip the chicken breast for even crispness.
  7. Check the chicken's internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
