Method
 

Baking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and prepare your muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Flatten the cinnamon roll dough into 4-inch rounds and press them into the muffin cups.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, add diced apples, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add brown sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice to the apples, cooking until tender.
  5. Combine flour, remaining brown sugar, and chopped nuts in a bowl. Cut in 2 tablespoons of butter.
  6. Spoon the apple filling into muffin cups and top with the crumble mixture.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and apple filling is bubbling.
  8. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
