Making Cheese Balls
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, crumbled bacon, red onion, black pepper, and cayenne. Blend until creamy and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Using a cookie scoop, take portions of the cheese mixture and roll them into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roll each cheese ball in crumbled bacon until coated. Place back on the baking sheet.
- Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to firm up.
- Serve on a platter with crackers or toasted bread for dipping.
