- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Slice bread into 1-inch cubes and layer half in the dish.

- Top with remaining bread cubes, pressing down gently.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, ground cinnamon, brown sugar, and remaining vanilla extract. Pour over the layered bread and cream cheese.
