For the Topping
  • 1 cup Chopped Nuts (walnuts, pistachios) Substitute with any preferred nuts.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press firmly into the bottom of the pan, and bake for about 10 minutes.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time, then fold in sour cream.
  4. Fold in the chopped nuts and pour the filling over the cooled crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate until completely cool.
  7. Remove from the pan, drizzle honey on top, slice, and serve.
