Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cook 2 cups of sticky rice according to package instructions until tender. If using cauliflower rice, steam 1½ cups for about 4-5 minutes until soft.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine ⅓ cup mayonnaise with 2-3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce and stir until smooth.
  3. Cube 1½ pounds of salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and arrange seasoned salmon in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Transfer cooked salmon to the bowl of Bang Bang sauce and gently toss until coated.
  6. Assemble bowls by dividing warm rice mixture among bowls, then top with cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, edamame, salmon, and avocado.
  7. Drizzle with yum yum sauce and sprinkle with cilantro and black sesame seeds before serving.
