Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350℉ (175℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, sea salt, and cinnamon.
- Mash overly ripe bananas until smooth, then add to the dry mixture.
- Pour in maple syrup and add the egg or flax egg, mixing until combined.
- Portion the dough using a cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- If desired, flatten each ball of dough slightly.
- Bake for 26 to 30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
