Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by preheating a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Lay the large light tortilla or Flatout wrap flat on a clean surface, and spread an even layer of cream cheese on one half.
  3. Evenly distribute the cup of blueberries on top of the cream cheese layer and gently press them in.
  4. Spritz your hot skillet with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and grill for about 2 minutes until golden, then flip and grill the other side for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
