- Brown the Butter: In a heavy-bottomed skillet, melt unsalted butter over medium heat, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: Remove from heat, let cool slightly, then whisk brown sugar and granulated sugar into the warm brown butter, followed by eggs.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend Mixtures: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, folding gently until just combined.
