- Begin by melting 1 ¼ cups of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it for about 30 seconds until fully liquid, then let it cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the melted butter, 1 ½ cups of quick oats, 2 ¼ cups of flour, and 1 ½ cups of brown sugar. Stir until crumbly.
