Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 cookies Vanilla Oreo Cookies or any vanilla-flavored sandwich cookie
  • 1/2 cup Butter melted for mixing
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping tub variety preferred
Pudding Layer
  • 1 box Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix can substitute with vanilla or white chocolate
  • 2 cups Cold Milk whole milk recommended
Topping
  • 1/2 cup Holiday Sprinkles use liberally
  • 10 cookies Crushed Oreo Cookies for crunch

Method
 

Crust Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the vanilla Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Cream Cheese Layer
  1. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently and spread over the cooled crust.
Pudding Layer
  1. Whisk together cheesecake pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Pour over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
Toppings
  1. Sprinkle crushed Oreo cookies and holiday sprinkles over the pudding layer evenly.
Chilling
  1. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
