Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add in the egg and coffee-vanilla mixture; blend until fluffy.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture; mix until just combined.
  6. Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough and roll into balls, coating in granulated and powdered sugar.
