Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, and egg into the mashed bananas.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Gradually stir into the wet mixture.
  5. Prepare the crumb topping by mixing brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until coarse crumbs form.
  6. Pour the banana batter into the greased loaf pan and sprinkle with crumb topping.
  7. Bake for 60–65 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
