Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by peeling your ripe but firm bananas, then slice them into thin rounds about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until blended.
  3. Drizzle melted coconut oil over the banana slices in a large bowl, then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over and toss to coat.
  4. Set your air fryer to preheat at 300°F (150°C).
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Once done, transfer the chips to a wire rack and allow them to cool completely.
