Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, 1/4 cup ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, shape into a loaf form, and pack it evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup with brown sugar for the glaze and brush half over the meatloaf.
