Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Toss the shredded zucchini with salt and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Drain the zucchini using a kitchen towel, squeezing out excess moisture.
  4. Mix the zucchini with the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella in a bowl.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  6. Bake the crust for about 20 minutes until set and slightly browned.
  7. Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is no longer pink.
  8. Mix in the pizza sauce, bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  9. Let the filling simmer for about 5 minutes.
  10. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the baked crust.
  11. Top with remaining mozzarella and all cheddar cheese.
  12. Bake again for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  13. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
