  • 2 tablespoons Butter or olive oil for dairy-free

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
  3. Gently fold in the cottage cheese into the dry mixture, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Add the grated parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into strips about 1/2 inch wide.
  6. Place the strips onto the prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter or olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Let them cool slightly on the baking sheet before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
