Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by shredding your cooked chicken if it isn't already shredded.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-coordinated.
  3. Prepare your tortillas by laying one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken filling into the center, spreading it evenly while leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
  4. Begin rolling the tortilla tightly from one end, ensuring the filling is enclosed completely.
  5. Continue the same process with the remaining tortillas until all the filling has been used up.
  6. For enhanced flavors, wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Once chilled, remove the pinwheels from the refrigerator and slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  8. To elevate the presentation, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
