  • 3 tablespoons Coriander Leaves Chopped for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate Chicken: Combine ingredients for marinade, add chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  2. Prepare Curry Base: Heat oil, sauté onions with salt until golden, add ginger garlic paste and green chili.
  3. Add Spices: Stir in spices and cook briefly to bloom flavors.
  4. Incorporate Tomatoes: Add tomatoes, cook until thickened and oil separates.
  5. Simmer Sauce: Add hot water, bring to boil, then simmer for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Grill Chicken: Grill marinated chicken until charred and cooked through.
  7. Combine Chicken with Gravy: Add chicken to sauce, stir in cream and cook until tender.
