  • 1/4 cup fresh dill Chopped; or 2 tablespoons dried dill.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Swap for Greek yogurt if preferred.
  • 1/4 cup sour cream Or Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Can substitute with lime juice.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper To taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, salmon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and dill. Stir gently to combine.
