- Before starting, freeze the bowl of your ice cream maker for at least 11 hours.
- In a blender, combine coconut milk, coconut condensed milk, and coconut cream with a pinch of salt and any optional enhancements. Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- After chilling, whisk the mixture to re-emulsify it. Pour into the pre-frozen ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions, about 20-30 minutes until soft-serve texture.
- Transfer to a freezer-proof container and freeze for an additional 4 hours until firm.
