Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl or a mason jar, add rolled oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, ground cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Stir the mixture for about 1-2 minutes until well incorporated.
  2. Cover the bowl or jar tightly with a lid or plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. After soaking, remove from fridge and stir the mixture. Add a splash of milk if the oats are thicker than desired.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle chopped nuts over the top and layer with dried mango or raisins.
  5. For extra flavor, drizzle with honey or maple syrup and add fresh fruit if in season.
