  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth Vegetable broth can be used for plant-based version.
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream Coconut cream or lighter cream can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Smoked paprika adds a deeper flavor.
  • 1 Black Pepper Season to taste.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
  2. In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sauté for around 3 minutes until it becomes translucent. Then stir in minced garlic, diced bell pepper, and zucchini, and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  3. Introduce 1 pound of gnocchi to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the gnocchi starts to brown slightly.
  4. Pour 1 cup of chicken broth and ½ cup of heavy cream into the skillet, stirring well. Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of paprika, along with freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked kielbasa back into the skillet, stirring into the creamy sauce. Cover and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over the dish in the skillet. Cover again for 1-2 minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
