- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1 medium grated onion. Add in 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon each of dried oregano and basil, and 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar. Mix well until smooth.
- Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the creamy mixture onto each slice of cocktail bread.
- Place the coated cocktail bread slices on a baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden-brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
