  • 1 teaspoon White Sugar omit if desired
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons Flour for thickening
For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces Rigatoni Pasta cooked to al dente
  • ¼ cup Chopped Parsley for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder optional

  • to taste Pepper
For the Garnish
  • ¼ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Prep ingredients by mincing garlic cloves and halving cherry tomatoes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant and golden.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and a pinch of salt; sauté until softened and bursting.
  4. Deglaze the pan with dry white wine; simmer to concentrate flavors.
  5. Stir in chili flakes and tomato paste; let simmer briefly.
  6. Incorporate heavy cream and slurry; cook until thickened.
  7. Cook rigatoni in salted water; drain and combine with sauce.
  8. Simmer for 5 minutes; serve hot garnished with Parmesan.
