- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Brush or toss half of the honey butter garlic mixture onto the dried chicken tenders.
- Carefully place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the chicken tenders for approximately 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and toss them in the remaining honey butter garlic mixture.
- Serve warm, paired with a simple salad or crispy fries.
