Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak each rice paper sheet in warm water for about 10 to 15 seconds until soft and pliable.
  2. Place one soaked rice paper sheet on a damp surface and add a small amount of filling in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll it tightly upwards, keeping the seam on the bottom.
  4. Brush or spray each roll with oil to promote crispiness during air frying.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Arrange the rolls seam-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Once cooked, remove the rolls from the basket and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauces.
