Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
  4. Lightly brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mix.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray and arrange the fillets in a single layer.
  6. Air fry the fillets for 7-10 minutes, checking for doneness at 7 minutes.
  7. Remove and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
