Ingredients
  

Wonton Shells
  • 1 package Wonton Wrappers Substitute with lettuce cups for a low-carb option.
Chicken Filling
  • 1 pound Chicken Breast Can be swapped for tofu or shrimp.
Teriyaki Glaze
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce Homemade for better control over sweetness.
Toppings
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage Mix with spicy mayo for an added kick.
  • 1 bunch Green Onions Perfect for garnishing.
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Toast lightly for extra flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. In a saucepan, combine teriyaki sauce ingredients and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry wonton wrappers for 30-40 seconds until golden. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Fill each crisp wonton shell with the glazed chicken. Top with shredded cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds.
  5. Serve the tacos immediately on a platter, garnished with extra sesame seeds or green onions.
