- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken breast and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine teriyaki sauce ingredients and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry wonton wrappers for 30-40 seconds until golden. Alternatively, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Fill each crisp wonton shell with the glazed chicken. Top with shredded cabbage, green onions, and sesame seeds.
- Serve the tacos immediately on a platter, garnished with extra sesame seeds or green onions.
