Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning until smooth. In another bowl, whisk cheddar cheese, Parmesan, crushed Ritz crackers, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the yogurt mixture, then press into the cheese and cracker mixture until coated.
  4. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spritz with cooking spray and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
