  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts cut-side down in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 15-20 minutes, checking for a golden-brown and crispy exterior.
  5. Prepare the honey garlic glaze by whisking together honey and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  6. After 15-20 minutes of roasting, drizzle the honey garlic mixture over the sprouts and toss gently, then return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and then sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.
