Preparation Steps
  1. Press the tofu by wrapping it in paper towels and placing a heavy object on it for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Slice the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes, about 1-inch pieces.
  3. Coat the tofu cubes with cornstarch, ensuring each piece is well-covered.
  4. In a separate bowl, make the sauce by combining soy sauce, vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the tofu cubes until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Once the tofu is crispy, transfer it to the bowl with the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
