Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix potato starch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss the wings in this coating.
  3. Arrange coated wings on the baking sheet, spray with oil, and reduce oven temperature to 425°F (218°C).
  4. Bake wings for about 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again with oil for even crispiness.
  5. While wings bake, prepare sauce: combine honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, butter, salt, and pepper in a saucepan. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Toss wings in the honey lemon sauce once cooked through and serve hot.
