- Coat Tofu: Dip each tofu strip in the batter, then roll in panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a tray with parchment. Arrange tofu and mist with oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Glaze Tenders: Brush honey mustard sauce over baked tenders and return to oven for 5-8 minutes.
