  • 2 large Eggs for binding
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to taste

Preparation Steps
  1. Wash and dry the zucchini, then cut into fry-shaped strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. Dip each zucchini strip in egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C). Place coated zucchini fries in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
