- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, and fresh lemon juice. Mix until smooth, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes.
- Cut fresh white fish fillets into bite-sized pieces, pat dry to help coating stick, and set aside.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together all-purpose flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat each piece of fish lightly with the flour mixture.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter, and add fish pieces. Drizzle in fresh lemon juice and lemon zest. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove fish bites from the skillet, place on paper towel-lined plate, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with chilled garlic aioli on the side.
