Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Generously season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Set up dredging stations with flour, egg wash, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  7. In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté minced garlic, then stir in flour, broth, and cream.
  8. Simmer the sauce until thickened, then stir in grated Parmesan until melted.
  9. Serve the chicken with the sauce ladled over the top, garnished with parsley.
