  3. Assemble the Dumplings: Fill softened rice paper sheets with filling and roll securely.
  4. Heat the Oil: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat to about 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the Dumplings: Fry dumplings for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain Excess Oil: Transfer fried dumplings to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
