  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, can substitute with maple syrup

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Combine shredded carrots and diced apples in a large mixing bowl, then pour dressing over.
  5. Toss everything together gently for 1-2 minutes until well mixed.
