  1. Crush 25 Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie crumbs with 4 tablespoons melted butter until fully combined. Press into a 9-inch tart pan and set aside.
  2. Heat 1 cup of heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Pour it over 8 ounces of chopped dark chocolate. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Mix in 1/4 cup cookie butter until combined.
