  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust quantity for alternative sweeteners
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract Almond extract can be used
Kataifi Layer
  • 8 oz Kataifi Phyllo dough can be substituted
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Use coconut oil for dairy-free
Ganaches
  • 1/2 cup Pistachio Cream Blend roasted pistachios into a paste
  • 6 oz Milk Chocolate Dark chocolate can be used
  • 4 oz White Chocolate Skip for less sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare Cheese Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth, then pour into a mold and freeze for 3 hours.
  2. Make Kataifi Layer: Finely chop kataifi, melt butter in a skillet, add kataifi, and sauté until crispy. Let cool.
  3. Prepare Chocolate Ganache: Heat heavy cream in a saucepan, remove from heat, stir in milk chocolate until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Create Pistachio Ganache: Simmer heavy cream, remove from heat, stir in white chocolate and pistachio cream until blended. Cool slightly.
  5. Assemble: Press half the kataifi into the mold, place cheese filling on top, cover with remaining kataifi, and chill for 30 minutes.
  6. Decorate: Remove from mold, drizzle ganaches on top, and let rest before slicing.
