  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine or Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

  • 1 spray Oil Spray Use to coat the rolls.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Soak Rice Paper: In a shallow dish filled with warm water, dip one rice paper sheet for 10-15 seconds until pliable. Transfer to a damp board or kitchen towel.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Gather fillings and add cooked vermicelli or rice noodles at the center of the sheet, followed by fresh vegetables and protein choice.
  3. Roll Up the Noodle Rolls: Fold the sides of the rice paper inward and roll tightly towards the top. Place the finished roll seam-side down.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Air Fry the Rolls: Lightly brush the rolls with oil. Arrange in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown.
