Step-by-Step Instructions for Apple & Goat Cheese Croissant Sandwich
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even heating.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
  3. In a bowl, mix goat cheese with honey and cinnamon until smooth. Add milk if needed.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
