- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for even heating.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
- In a bowl, mix goat cheese with honey and cinnamon until smooth. Add milk if needed.
- Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Layer thin apple slices over the goat cheese.
