  • 4 slices Brie Cheese Camembert can be used as alternative
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion Thinly sliced, can omit

  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Aioli Optional for flavor boost
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs Basil or parsley

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven's broiler to high.
  2. Lightly toast your choice of bread until golden brown.
  3. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or aioli on one slice of toasted bread.
  4. Layer fresh arugula on top of the mayonnaise.
  5. Spread apricot preserves on the other slice of bread.
  6. Layer cooked, shredded chicken on top of apricot preserves.
  7. Sprinkle red onion over the chicken, then add slices of brie cheese.
  8. Broil assembled halves on a baking sheet for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  9. Press the other slice of bread down onto the melted brie.
  10. Cut in half and serve warm.
