Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and gently press it into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, sealing any seams to form a cohesive base.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Spread the creamy cheesecake filling over the pressed crescent roll dough evenly using a spatula.
  4. Unroll the remaining crescent roll dough and lay it over the cheesecake filling, gently pressing down to seal.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon to create your cinnamon sugar mixture. Generously sprinkle this mixture over the top layer of dough.
  6. Place the baking pan in your preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
