- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and gently press it into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, sealing any seams to form a cohesive base.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the creamy cheesecake filling over the pressed crescent roll dough evenly using a spatula.
- Unroll the remaining crescent roll dough and lay it over the cheesecake filling, gently pressing down to seal.
- In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar and cinnamon to create your cinnamon sugar mixture. Generously sprinkle this mixture over the top layer of dough.
- Place the baking pan in your preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
- After removing from the oven, let the Churro Cheesecake Bars cool in the pan for at least 15-20 minutes before cutting into squares.
