- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well blended. Set aside.
- Lightly spray three flour tortillas with non-stick cooking spray on both sides and coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Stack the coated tortillas and cut them into 12 wedges.
- Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 11–12 minutes.
- Peel and finely chop the Granny Smith apples, tossing them in a large bowl with fresh lemon juice.
- Add diced kiwis and strawberries to the bowl. Optionally, toss in raspberries.
- Mix in brown sugar and fruit preserves, gently stirring to combine.
- Serve your Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Chips immediately.
