Step-by-Step Instructions for Garlicky Seafood Boil Sauce
  1. Begin by placing a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat and adding unsalted butter. Allow the butter to melt completely, stirring occasionally until golden and bubbly.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 2 minutes, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder into the buttery garlic mix. Blend well and simmer for about 1 minute.
  4. Taste the sauce now and season it with salt and pepper to your preference. Stir well to combine.
  5. Continue to cook the sauce for an additional 5 minutes over medium heat, allowing flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and fold in the freshly chopped parsley. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Serve your Garlicky Seafood Boil Sauce warm alongside your choice of seafood.
