Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by taking your beef tenderloin filets out of the refrigerator and allowing them to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for a temperature between 350°F to 375°F.
- While the grill is heating, slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch slices and brush each slice generously with olive oil.
- Once the grill is ready, place the baguette slices on the grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Increase the grill heat to high (450°F to 475°F) and season the beef tenderloin filets, then place them on the grill.
- Once the beef is grilled to your liking, remove the filets from the grill and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
- While the beef is resting, prepare your Béarnaise sauce as per the package instructions.
- Slice the rested beef into thin pieces and layer them on the toasted baguette slices, drizzle with Béarnaise sauce, and finish with chopped chives or parsley.

Notes
Assemble your Grilled Beef Tenderloin Crostini with Béarnaise just before serving to keep the baguette crispy.
