Marinating and Cooking Process
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bowl. Marinade chicken breasts, cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and crumble feta in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook marinated chicken breasts for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and reach 165°F.
- Warm pitas by heating over gas flame or in a dry skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and assemble tacos by placing chicken in pitas, topping with fresh salsa and tzatziki sauce. Serve immediately.
