Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend 1⅓ cups of yogurt and 1⅓ cups of fruits together in a blender on medium speed for 30 seconds until well combined.
  2. Add ⅔ cup of milk and 2-3 tablespoons of honey, blending for another 30 seconds.
  3. Check consistency; add more milk if too thick, then blend for 15 seconds more if adjusting sweetness.
  4. Pour the blended yogurt into glasses and serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
